Our most important task is to ensure you travel on time, safely and in comfort throughout your tour. We conduct ourselves with integrity, trustworthiness and care at all times. Our fleet comprises a range of vehicle classes and drive types. When planning your journey, we take into account comfort, safety and the specific requirements of each tour.
Our drivers are experienced, trained and professional. They receive ongoing training and are open to the increased needs of our clients. And they drive with passion. With their personal charisma, a well-groomed appearance and an open-minded service attitude, they ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
When renewing our fleet, we take into account technical specifications relating to energy consumption, emission standards and noise levels. In selected vehicles, manufacturer-specific technologies are used to optimise the powertrain and exhaust after-treatment systems. In suitable buses, AdBlue is used in the exhaust after-treatment system. The technical specifications depend on the vehicle model and the manufacturer’s guidelines. Our buses are replaced every five years, and our saloon cars every 30 months.
We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and we rely on the highest quality standards. This certification confirms our efficient quality management and our process-oriented way of working.
We are a Sustainable Berlin Partner in the field of transport. As a Berlin-based company, we have successfully passed the demanding audit with the highest award, ‘Leader’.
Since then, our Sustainability performance has been regularly assessed against over 65 criteria in the areas of governance, risk & compliance, economy, environment and society.
